LGBT International Powerlifting Championships - 19th, 20th, 21st July 2019 - Blackpool UK !

 

Next year the Championships will be held in Blackpool UK, just one hour by fast train from Manchester. Blackpool is the most LGBT friendly seaside town in the UK. 

 

Friday - Weigh In Opens, Technical Briefing, Coaching Clinic

Saturday - LGBT International Powerlifting Championships

Sunday - Congress, Outreach Workshop, Closing Party (Funny Girls Cabaret)

 

Blackpool is known for it's Gay Village, Cabaret Bars, Huge Funfair, Miles of Beach, Three Amusement Piers, Tower, Sea Aquarium and Madame Tussauds.

 

Our venue for the weekend will be the brand new Sixth Form College facility, with the competition being held in their 300 seat high tech theatre auditorium.

 

Blackpool is renowned for it's low cost accommodation and low cost hotel deals will be available soon. Our aim is to make LGBT IPC 2019 as accessible as possible.
